My first experience with Billy Ray's Bar-B-Q restaurant certainly won't be my last. We went to the 15th Street location. 1 dinner for 2 at 15.99 has (2) catfish fillets, barbeque chicken and baby back ribs served with five sides. More food than I could have imagined. We couldn't eat it all. I had to get a to-go box! The best meal I have had in a restaurant in quite some time. And five star service too!!! Our waitress was a cute young lady who knew how to wait on her customers. She must have offered service at least five times during our meal. This is the place to take your friends and family.

Usually pretty good, but sometimes falls below standards (possibly when it's slow and the barbecue sits out long enough to dry up). At its best, this place is great. Service is above average.

Not that impressive. Overcooked pork covered with pretty good BBQ sauce. Was told by a local that it was usually better, some said much better. If you are a gambler, or live near Billy Ray's give it a go.

Variable quality. Some days the food is fantastic and other days it's just OK. On the good days, it's as good as any BBQ in town. The sauce is always great.

There is alot of bbq places that seem to think overcooked deied up meat is what makes good bbq. This is one of them. If I wanted beef jerky I'd go to the store for it. They do have awesome sauce, but it only covers up the sins of poor cooking.

If you are looking for excellent Barbeque without the fancy smancy then Billy Bob's is the place for you. The Barbeque is the best in Tulsa. Unique, rustic atmosphere. One sure sign of a good eating place is the crowd. This place has it all!
