We had dinner one time at Dee Felice and loved it. We had Brunch last Sunday
and it sucked. We didn't get waited on, on the patio for maybe 20
minutes for drinks and did not get waited on to order for 45 minutes.
Then when we got our Brunch (Omlettes) it was almost cold. We could have
gotten better service at Bob Evans, Omlettes and better prices.

This restaurant has excellent food for the price. The service
was attentive. Over all my eating experience at Dee Felice Cafe
was a very good one. I rate this restaurant one star because less
than a week later I discovered that my credit card was over charged.
I called Dee Felice Cafe and talked to the daughter of the owner
and tried to resolve the over charge mistake they had made. The
responce I received was very unfriendly, unhelpful and I was
told that if I did not like it I could call the police. The next day
I called the Better Business Bureau and made a report. I will never
eat at this restaurant again. If you decide to eat at Dee Felice
Cafe: Leave your credit card at home, and pay in cash.

The food is good, but overpriced. This is suppose to be an upper
scale restauraunt in a bar (dive) area. Compared to other cities
such as SF or Seattle, it leaves a lot to be desired.
Employee service and honesty of owners leaves something to be
desired.
