Wasn't too impressed with this restaurant. First, let me talk about the ladies bathroom, one room, two stalls, no privacy doors at all. It was nasty, I locked the main door so that no one else could come in, but when I was leaving the bathroom, the door wasn't locked, or even shut, just pulled too. The door must not have been set right in the frame, because there was no way to get it to shut completely, much less lock. On to the food... I had alligator, which I have had it several times before in the past at other restaurants, and I could barely chew it at Who-Dats. It was way too tough. My husband had crawfish, he said the ones he makes at home were better than theirs. They were too muddy tasting, and you couldn't even get much meat off the tails, because of the way they cooked them, and they were very dry. Husband says the Crawfish Etouffe is as good as any he's ever eaten and he's eaten a bunch! Service is usually good but DID overhear owner (?) really giving it to a waiter one night. Made us feel a little uncomfortable!

I travel to Arkansas several times a year and I make it a point to stop at Who Dat's for lunch. It has a great buffet that has a few different things on it each time I go there. It is a great place to eat.

Who Dat's the best kept secret in this area! Good food with just enough spice to liven it up without killing your taste buds. A bit pricy, but if you have the extra it is worth it, and there are people who come from Memphis (90 miles) to eat here. Lunch is a tremendous value $5.95 all you can eat with a good sized salad bar and many items on the menu, that change every day. It is always a surprise to find what he has prepared (pray he has the deep fried pork-chops on the menu). The Hamburgers are a meal to themsleves - HUGE and very resonably priced. These babies weigh about 1/2 lb. each and with the fries you have a stomach busting meal.
