My wife and I have eaten here twice during overnight stays in Hot Springs.
Our impression of the place is quite a bit different from the other reviewers.
We, of course, did not tour the kitchen; how many people do that in any
restaurant? The dining area appeared to be clean to us.
We found the staff friendly, the buffet certainly had a lot of things
to choose from; the food was plentiful, nicely presented and tasted
good. All this at a reasonable price...what's not to like?

Well, I haven't seen the kitchen, but I thought the food was
okay. The dining areas seemed clean when I was there.
