I like this eatery but the BBQ was lacking a little in something I can't
quite place. All in all it was a good place to fill my stomach.

My wife and I were looking for BBQ while staying overnight in Hot Springs
(October of 2004. Because it was Sunday, at least two of the BBQ places
were closed. It worked out ok for us as we enjoyed stuffing ourselves
at Stubby's. The meat was excellent, the sides were good.
This is not a fancy place at all; we liked its atmosphere.

at dine.com and decided to try it.I now eat there at least once
a week.......it is excellant food...... try it for yourself

Every time that I make it to Hot Springs Stubby's is a must
stop. We started going there 25 years ago and the food has always
been consistantly delicious.

Stubby's is a great BBQ restaurant. They now have an additional
restaurant at 3024 Central Avenue in Hot Springs.
