River City Brewery

WEDNESDAY NIGHTS ROCK. four of us (yes that's 4 guys), shared 3 whole pizzas, and 3 jugs (pitchers just doesn't sound the same) of the current "flavor of the month" ESB, came to under $35!!!! Okay so you don't like pizza? there are steaks and all kinds of good food here. So you don't like ESB, well tough, you missed a fabulous IPA last week, tasted like a "hazed & Infused" only heavier and stronger, and there may not be another special-brew for a while! O the other hand, if you prefer Butt Wiper, Bug'Light, Milliner's or C'whores (red) light, they do have a wheat bierre just for those who don't like the real taste of ale. And a brown, and a very good amber, and who knows what next. Thursdays they have a really great live band, and Fridays they have two that they alternate! Get there early and avoid the cover charge ;) but stay away from the pool tables "There be foreigners!". Have a great evening, and don& ... more
