Great Wall Chinese Restaurant

My 15 year old daughter called in an order which when it came it was incorrect. She called back Great Wall to discuss this with the manager and the member of the staff that answered the phone was very disgruntled and argumentative towards my daughter and told my daughter that she was wrong and that was not what she ordered. When I arrived home to find out how horribly she was treated, I contacted Great Wall and asked to speak with management. The person that answered the phone was extremely tactless and told me that I needed to speak to her that she was management. I told her the situation and she told me that I should not allow my daughter to order food and begun berating me. I asked who the owner was and she said she was the owner. The food may be appetizing, however, I will NEVER order from this restaurant in the future and recommend that if you would like to be treated with the same courtesy that they inflicted upon me and my family be cautious that if that is how the “owner� ... more
