This is some really good bbq. Its off the beaten path so they dont have
a lot of competition out here, but they have some great flavors and recipes
for all their dishes. It is one of my favorites and a must stop if im out
that way.

The barbecue is outstanding with the smokey flavor of real pit

KC is known for bbq and this is no exception. You can eat here and
have some of the finest, tenderest bbq around, and it is cheaper
than all the rest of the well known places

Some of Kansas City's best BBQ. You will not be disappointed
stopping here for BBQ beef or pork with a side of slaw and beans.

This restaurant is wonderful and I would recommend it to everyone
Part of the Keegan family still owns it and I do not think the previous
review is correct. Everything is still the same as it was 15 yrs
ago when my husband and I started dining here. The food is outstanding,
the wait staff is wonderful. They remember us everytime we come
in.
The beef is excellent and very tender, the part I most enjoy is
they trim the fat off. I can't stand Jack Stack because their meat
is
so fatty. Also, they have bottles of hot and mild BBQ sauce on the
tables so you can have all you want, at Jack Stack you get a baby
cup of sauce and you have to beg for more.
I love this place. Everything is always fresh and hot. It's a treat
to eat here. Everyone come and enjoy!

WHEN THIS RESTAURANT WAS KEEGAN'S BARBECUE THE FOOD WAS MUCH
BETTER. THE SERVICE BETTER. THEY HAD THE BEST, JUMBO MUSHROOMS
OF ANY PLACE I HAVE EATEN. A LOT IS LEFT TO BE DESIRED AT THIS POINT.
