Very reasonably priced bbq here. The wait staff is very knowledgable
about specials and what is popular here. The drinks are cheap and it
is a very pleasant atmosphere.

Zarda's BBQ restaurant serves some of the best barbeque
outside of Kansas City, Missouri. The sauces are mouthwatering
as are the sides such as cole slaw, potato salad and baked beans.
The service is good and the staff is friendly.

I recently ate at Zarda's BBQ for a bridal rehearsal dinner and
it was
wonderful! I highly recommend it for anyone. The beef, potato
salad,
baked beans, everything, was outstanding. I hadn't been there
for years and was very pleasantly surprised. They did a great
job
of catering our rehearsal dinner. Thumbs up!

Zarda's are great places for the "alternative" nights out, when
burgers, pizza or mexican don't sound appetizing. But, they
are not the greatest BBQ in KC. Still, it's fresh , hot, relatively
fast and, most important, pretty cheap. Try one....i'm partial
to the pork and beef myself.

Decent place for lunch. Not the best BBQ in the KC area, but not
the worst. Also has Johnson County location. If you go, go for
the turkey sandwich and fries.
