I think, SHOGUN is the best Japanese food restaurant in the city of Mountain View. Especially, fresh seefoods are very good. I recommend to eat the fried oyster dinner.

I ate at this restaurant based on the reviews on this page, and I was quite impressed It is located next to a parking garage near Casto Street, so parking wasn't a problem even on a busy weekend night. The portions of our meal were very large and for the price, quite a value. Although a small restaurant, the service was outstanding. We enjoyed all of our meal, but found the tempura to be extrememly good. For someone who occasionally enjoys non-sushi Japanese food (like myself), it is highly recommended.
