Gyros are my total fav. This place has some of the best in the world. The
meat was dripping juice off of it. You will love it.

I love this place. The owners are friendly and enjoy engaging you in
conversation. Greek folk and bouzouki music floats through the air
and mingles with the scents of olive oil, garlic, oregano, grilling
meats and saganaki. Opa! The food is delicious! Gyro sandwiches stuffed
with succulent gyros meat, sliced from the spit, not the fried frozen
crap some restaurants try to pass off as gyros. The chicken and steak
entree's are excellent and cooked to perfection. The french fries
are tasty and the rice pilaf delicious. Excellent Greek salads. I've
been eating here for 32 years and hope to continue eating here whenever
I'm in Ann Arbor.

The local place for Greek food.
This is a loud, raucus space that invites a family type meal. The portions
are large, flavorful and memorable. Not as good as some places in Chicago's
Greektown, it nevertheless, has inspired a loyal and devoted following.

My wife and I ate here only once (dinner, April of 1998). There are so
many choices in Ann Arbor that when we visit, we feel we should try a different
place. However, this place certainly deserves a return visit.
It was the first time my wife had eaten in a Greek restaurant so we had
to get saginaki, of course. I don't remember what my wife ordered
but my lamb with rice was great. The seasoning was perfect.

We do a lot of business travel and try and hit a now hot spot everywhere
we go. I have been here often and have never been disappointed.
It is a "find" that we will definately visit again.

My goodness, I LOVE this place, from it's sparkling Formica
leather boooths to it's murals on it's walls. I love
it's Mousaka, Spanikopita and it's Gyros, which they
serve American style in baskets and include fries. Desserts
include Baklava or Souvlaka, that delicate pudding like pie
with Nutmeg and cinnamon sprinked on top. Salads with feta cheese.
These guys make out royally during the Ann Arbor Street Art Fair,
which happens to fall slap dab into the middle of one glorious
week in July. Then they converted into a cafeteria, which they
have the service built in for, and when you can choose even more
great dishes from a line, and a beer from a cooler.
The other months of the year they are waiter serviced but also
reasonably priced, like a student budget allows..

Typical Greek place. Right on Main Street. Has been there for
ever. I have only ordered the Gyros which were very good. The rest
of the menu is pretty much identical to all of the other places
just like this one. This is the only place of this type that I know
of in downtown Ann Arbor.

We have had gyros round the world, but this is Gyros Supreme Central.
Boy, do we miss Ann Arbor. That was an eating town!

THinking about this restaurant makes me wish I still lived in
Michigan! Their gyros are the best! The bread and cucumber sauce
that accompanies the wonderfully flavored meat are scrumptious!
The only thing to top the meaty sandwiches is the homemade rice
pudding with just a touch of cinnamon on top. My brother used to
buy it by the quart! It is on the corner and it is fun to sit outside
and people-watch. The staff is genuinely greek and not overly
friendly. I hope this restuarnt stays in business so when I have
the chance to go back to michigan i can have a tasty gyro!
