Burbank's does a great job in a rustic setting. Family friendly
with great pork and beef barbeque. Everyone will leave happy
and full, reasonable prices. Not the place to take clients if
you are trying to impress them.

Great BBQ. The food is excellent, no matter what you choose. The
service is good, take out or eat in, and the prices are very reasonable.
Well worth the visit, try the ribs.

This might been one of my favorite restaurants. It's like
they
read my mind. When I'm in a hurry for lunch, zip great food
and have
a nice day. When I want to sit and take my time, relaxed, smooth
and great food. This restaurant is whatever you make. It can be
fancy, it can be casual. It can be dinner date material, business-lunch
time. Or quick beer and sandwich after a softball game. What more
could you ask for.

Burbank's serves excellent barbecue. I prefer the pulled
pork sandwich, which is done right, smoked over a low flame for
hours and not slathered with any sauce. If you want to add sauce,
you can choose from several varieties. They have a tomato-based,
vinegar-based, and mustard-based sauce. If you want to replicate
the authentic Southern barbecue experience, make sure to put
your coleslaw on the sandwich.

The ribs are good, too. They are not parboiled, they are tender,
smoky, and cooked with a dry-rub only. You can ask for them to cook
them with sauce, resist the temptation to do so to enjoy the full
flavor of the pork. The sauce is always there to dip your ribs into.
