Went here for a company function. Glad I wasn't paying. We
had a real Italian along. He asked for Limoncello, they didn't
have a clue what it is. Weak. Fatty food does not necessarily =
good food.

Try Aldo's on Winchester & Hwy 85 - blows Frankie, Crapy
& Puky's away.

One of those few rare places in this area that sell good food after
10 pm. Nice range of dishes, including some not so usual. Not a
great atmosphere, but the service and food make up for this

This is a chain type of place... a little fancier than most which
make it better and more acceptable. It's usually crowded
and somewhat noisy. The portions are large, and the food is pretty
good. The service is always excellent!

Comments: This 4-star rating is ONLY for the pizza (everything
is usually 3 stars). I went here with a friend last night. We received
decent service most of the night. I had the caesar salad ($4.95),
which was pretty good, as was the bread. We ordered a large (16")
half Hawaiian Delight/half Stromboli ($18ish). It was MUCH
bigger than we expected and we only ate four slices out of the ten
on this very large pizza. The hawaiian part (Pineapple, ham,
mushrooms, and green bell peppers)was pretty good but the Stromboli
(Mushrooms, sausage, pepperoni, and salami) was EXCELLENT,
the highlight of which was the flavor-packed, crispy pepperoni.
I agree with Dave, that it seems they must drain off much of the
oils from the meats/cheeses (since there was very little oil,
to my pleasure). Then we both had the 'Mo Cioccolata dessert ($3 ...

Comments: We went here last night for late-night dinner (10:15).
At first, we had decent service. However, after we actually received
our meals, the servers disappeared and we had to flag one down
to take our check. Otherwise, everything was fine. Firstly,
the bread was pretty good tonight. We had the calimari appetizer
($7.95). Most of it tasted fresh, crispy (breaded), and good.
Then we received our salads. I had the spinach salad with honey
mustard ($4.50). It was pretty good, nothing special though.
Then we received our entrees. I had the linguine frutti di mare
($13.50), which consisted of linguine/marinara, mussels,
clams, scallops, and shrimp. It was mostly good, however the
shrimp/scallop side of it tasted somewhat un-fresh but it was
mostly good.
Beside the sketchy service, we had a good experience tonight.

Comments: Went here with friends last night at about 9:00 (They
were ABSOLUTELY packed out). We were seated after about ten minutes
in the front dining room (nice). We had decent, polite service
all night.
I had their side-caesar first (above-average tasting caesar
for sure) and then we had our entrees. I had cheese tortellini
in marinara with olives and mushrooms. It was QUITE good. Then
I had 'Mo Ciocolliata (Spelling?...) for dessert and it was excellent
as well.
I recommend FJ&Lt for good Italian food.

Comments: I went here again at 10:30 (quite late at night) and
we had good service.
The food was quite good this time. I had the tortellini polmodori
alfredo and it was very good ($10.95).
My group had a good experience. I recommend F.J.a.L.t. for good
food even late at night.

Comments: We arrived around 2:00 and we were, yep, you guessed
it (my favorite repetitive comment), promptly seated. I like
the atmosphere there because it's quaint with red tablecloths
and candles on the table and lights and plants and such (somewhat
typical Southern Italian place). Our waiter continued serving
us bread (since we were quite hungry) and then we received our
food. I had the vegetarian calzone ($10.95) and it was the one
of the biggest calzones I have ever seen. It had fresh ingredients,
nice doughy (not too soft, though) bread and excellent sauce.
We both thoroughly enjoyed our delicious (and inexpensive)
entrees. I recommend FJ&Lt's for a good, inexpensive, Southern
Italian dining experience.

Comments: This place has some VERY decent food. Try the Spinach
Rigatoni for something a little different. The inside is VERY
cute and a little alluring. Very nice for how inexpensive it is.
Good place to go after a late night (open until 11:30 some nights.)
