Oh how I miss this place. Dittmer and Mark are masters of their craft.
I can only wish that one of them might "retire" here in Michigan
and open up a little part time shop to process my deer. Dittmer, can you
say "German venison salame"? Really miss you guys, you're
the best in the biz!

THE place to prepare for your bbq. And, for your authentic European meats, eastern and western. My favorite of the house is the braunschweiger. Made in the shop, clean,
tasty and light. And half (or less) than the "stuff" you'd find at Safeway.
