Great traditional Mexican food from a real family ran operation. We have been eating here pretty much since they opened. The entrees that include shredded beef are excellent. The meat is ultra tender. The salsa is homemade and they offer both red and green sauce. My friends always get the enchiladas and burritos which have a lot of flavor and are made with very fresh ingredients. I also enjoy their fresh guacamole which has just a hint of lemon but tastes very traditional. The service is very good as well since I belive the owner and his father wait/buss the tables. Overall this is a very reasonable priced restaraunt with excellent service and food. A true "gem" in the Silicon Valley.

We've been going to Chapala for almost 7 years. Always have had great food and great service. Chile Rellenos are the best around. We typically go for dinner there anywhere from once a week to once a month,our favorite Mexican Restaurant. You have to try this one....
