I have had 2 bad experiences there. One night they were cleaning
up early and they closed half the buffet line before we started.
The other time they mopped around the buffet line and I almost
killed myself and couldn't walk around the buffet. The smell
of the mop water was disgusting and made me lose my appetite. I
will never go there again.

1. Was a bit hard to find as the signage was not lit on the particualar
night in question. I know the area well, but it may distress those
not "in the know."
2. Although it was quite busy when I visited, we were immediately
ushered to our seats, but not really greeted upon entering the
restaurant.
3. Waiter was courteous and quick on his feet, but had far too many
stations to do his job efficiently.
4. The food was, given that it was so very busy this night, plentiful
and always served piping hot. Too, the display was neat and organized
and looked quite appetizing, indeed.
5. The general customer service was good and our plates were cleared
away immediately and our drinks re-filled often and with regularity.
6. The dessert buffet was delicious and had a variety of sweets
to please each and everyone's pallate. Though, I found the jello
to be far too "rubbery" and the custard far too cold to consume
in a timely fashion.
7. The final bill was decent and I felt as though I was given good
value for my dollar. I would definately recommend that you check
out the New Moon Buffet when you can.
