If you really love BBQ well this is the place to go for the best tasting bbq ribs and chicken. It is finger licking good and that is just what I did lick my fingers clean.

Although I went to the Broadway location, Jack's Barbecue has something for all 'cue lovers. The combo plate is a great way to sample 3 meats and 2 sides for a measly $10.75. I had the pulled pork, beef brisket, and ribs. 5 slices of brisket, 3 ribs, and a good helping of pork. Plus they have a variety of sauces, a Texas tomato-based, KC sweet style, Tennessee vinegar-based, and also a Carolina mustard based. I didn't have the fortitude to try the XXX hot sauce. They're all good if you can't decide on your favorite kind. <br> Definitely a must-stop for my next Nashville trip.

This place was recommended but turned out to be a bit of a dissapointment; the secret to good barbecue is the sauce in my opinion, and this was nothing special. Good sized portions, though.

All the pulled pork is great and the brisket is some of the best I've had outside of homemade. Definitely worth a look.

I've eaten at Jack's everytime I've gone through Nashville. Simply put, it's great. Always got the pulled pork shoulder until last week when I tried the 3-meat plate. Pulled pork shoulder, dry rubbed pork ribs and beef brisket. The ribs were supurb and the brisket topped the pulled pork. Several sauces, I like the Tenn. spicey. Tons of sides to choose from. My favorites are greens and mashed sweet potatoes along with corn bread and lots of sweet tea. If you're headed North this will be the last good sweet tea you'll get until your next trip South.

Best brisket I've ever had-including Texas. Great choices if you want a well rounded meal with both a great selection of southern vegees and some of the best BBQ you will find. Enjoy!

I have visited both this location, and the downtown location numerous times.Excelent pulled pork BBQ.I also like the smoked saugage and chicken.I am not a big fan of their ribs.Nice side items such as fried apples, BBQ beans, new potatoes, etc.Good place overall.
