Man, does it give the pleasure to be the first one to review Carl's.The ribs are incredible, I have had ribs in Memphis, St. Louis, all over Texas , and the midwest.These are tender cooked (i.e the meat literally falls of the bones).Add to this home cooked vege's such as fried corn, gren beans, okra, squash, corn cakes that our excellent, and you have yourself a place worth traveling to for great food.The hours here are a little unusual, as I believe they are open from 10:30 AM til 5:00 PM.I would suggest calling ahead.They also have plate lunches, but when I go, I am on a mission from God to devour ribs.
