The New Deck is located on the edge of UPenn's campus. A great place if you want to drink, eat a burger, or play quizzo. The menu is large and the plate of cheese fries is humongous. It can get pretty busy because of all the students. Definitely a fun atmosphere, but not good for a date because it is so loud. Good staff and good prices.
