I had the same identical expierence as the other review Incredibile
food Veal Picante(my favorite) was to die for the only problem
I thought my server died for it- his absence was that noticable I'll
give it another try on a off night and who knows maybe they'll give
me an employee discount as I pour my own coffe

I have been to this restaurnt twice, the first time on the
recommendation of a dining guide. The food was the best
Italian food I have ever had. I had the Veal Parmasian, my
dining companion had the Osso Bucco. However, the service
was the pits. We waited forever to order our drinks, the
server never asked us if we wanted coffee or dessert or
another drink. After eating a fabulous meal, our impression
of the restaurant plummetted. I wrote a letter to the management
and they apologized and sent us a gift certificate for a
return visit. We went back. Same thing. Great food,
atmosphere, etc. and terrible service.
