The square dining room is cluttered and dowdy, but the open, bustling
kitchen and whole roasted meats will draw your attention. The food
is very decent, with cold roast duck, rice soup (congee) with a combination
of beef, squid and pork, roast pork wonton with noodles, young chow
fried rice, and fried beef chow fun. The prices are low with most of the
fare priced under $2 during the day. Big Wong is a restaurant that offers
guests Cantonese.

My friends told me about this place and I decided to try it. Its
not such a big place, but the food was GREAT! I don't know what
the chef put into the food, but I have not tasted any like it. Maybe
a secret ingredient??? I highly reccomend this restaurant to
anyone who wants to taste some great food.

Chinese palace. Very tactile, warm and dark Chinese decor, wonderful
lighting, this is a very three-dimensional restaurant.

The Tse Yang came recommended by staff at the Warldorf and did
not disappoint, the menu is extensive, and the surrounding are
very nice, especially the tropical fish tanks dotted around
the restaurant, the staff are friendly and helpfull and I will
certainly return the next time that I am in New YorK.

Tse Yang is not only the best Chinese in New York, it's one
of the best restaurants, period. Ultra-refined, yet family-run,
I urge you to go there.
The minute you walk in, you feel like you are in a luxurious Chinese
palace. Very tactile, warm and dark Chinese decor, wonderful
lighting, this is a very three-dimensional restaurant.
The appetizers are all exquisite, served quite quickly upon
ordering, and always piping hot. We always order two hot and sour
soups, to share between 4, they are served rich and chock full
of tasty ingredients. Then we have steamed dumplings, pan-fried
dumplings, szechuan dumplings and their yummy, finger-sized
spare ribs, which are glazed, grilled and served without fatty
bits. The hot mustard is a must!
As main courses, get the Peking duck and the spicy orange beef.

Tse Yang is the epitome of Chinese Cuisine in New York City!
Service is the best . . . food excellent . . . ambiance perfection.
I like to joke and say it is a chain of Chinese Restaurants . . .
One in New York City . . . one in Brussels, and the other in
Beverly Hills! Some very nice neighborhoods.
The bar, upon entering is well stocked and the service there excellent.
Don't
forget to rub the Buddha's Belly standing in the bar!
The menu is as extensive as one can get. Each and every selection
better then the one before it. It has one of the most extensive
wine lists in the city.
Expensive, and well worth it.
