Many people driving by never notice this tiny triangulsar-shaped building across from Millbrae Shopping Center. By appearances, it does little to divert Taco Bell customers from their drive- thru window about a block away. However, this solid little joint has obtained a loyal following from locals for its enormous burritos and sizzling steaks. Most customers are, in fsct, return customers.
