This place makes me proud to be from Jersey. Anybody anywhere that wants to experience a "real" hoagie, should visit the stage. Not only is the place a delight, but the surroundings are impeccible. Everything is fresh and homemade, not to mention huge in size. Bring extra napkins!!!!

Inside the Trump Taj Mahal is a replica of one of New York City's best Deli's, Stage Deli. The original is not as nice as this one. Here the seating is roomier, the service is friendlier and the portions are well not quite as big as NYC. To me, a Deli must have great Kosher Pickles, and the Stage did not disappoint. The Corned beef was lean and tasty. The coleslaw was fresh and the Russian dressing was thick and creamy. My wife ordered a plain turkey and it tasted fresh made. The rye bread was good, but not as fresh as I expected. The large homemade cookies are a meal in itself. If you like good quality deli food, the Stage is for you.
