Still a winner after all these. Deft hand with the flavoring, the local and organic nature of the ingredients really make each dish special. I would love to use them someday for catering. We had the mushroom risotto and the organic French bread with side of apple wood smoked bacon.....really outstanding. Great regular coffee too, which is unusual.

The restaurant is cute, the food good and innovative, and the service is always excellent. Jesse and staff really respect their ingredients. While it is a great place for special occasions, we find ourselves there more frequently for a fine dinner even when there is no special occasion.

This is my absolutely favorite restaurant, and I have celebrated many special occasions there. Their Valentine's Day prix fixe (sp?) menu in 1994 was really memorable -- everything had a red theme. The biscuits, which are always flaky and wonderful, were cut out in little heart shapes. And I had the best dessert there, a little mini chocolate soufflé/torte that was served warm. The service there is always as helpful as possible. I've gone with a vegan friend and they have always tried to be flexible and make an appetizing meal for him. Atmosphere is cozy.

A favorite of mine for the last few years. Creative dishes that usually work beautifully, sometimes not, but always worth trying. The three small rooms that look like someone's parlor give the place a homey feel. Not usually crowded since it's away from major shopping areas.

Nice cozy atmosphere. The highlight of the meal was actually the appetizer of fresh fried green tomatoes! Swordfish was tender and tasty. We like the fresh local foods and seasonally changing menu.
