I can't lie...as much as I used to love Kidd Valley...it's just not the same. The service at this location was really pretty horrific the last time I went here and I'm pretty tolerant of fast food service. The garlic fries were ok though.

Pretty good burger place, not as good as Red Robin, but if you want a decent burger at a good price and want better quality than McDonalds give it a try.

If your looking for a good fast food restaurant in Seattle, this is not it. While the food isn't too bad, there are lots of better fast food restaurants around the Seattle area which serve higher quality, better tasting burgers and fries. The service at this chain when I went was somewhat slow, and the inside of the restaurant was tacky and gross. The burger and fries were really greasy and unsatisfying. I dont recommend going here

If you want 5 star food and service, this isn't it. This is A BURGER JOINT! Burgers are large and reasonably priced, service was quick, and the garlic fries are a must have. Good food, good price, quick service- what more could you want?

Not the best place in Seattle to get a fast charcoal-broiled hamburger, try one of their other locations!

Another in the Kidd Valley chain of burger stands. This one is right on Aurora. It would be good for a quick "drop in" snack.

All of the Kidd Valley places that we have been to in the last year seem to be going down hill. This one is worse than usual. Completely apathetic staff. I have seen rural restaurants in Central America which were cleaner than this one in Seattle. The burger with glue (er, cheese) was cold. The fries--the meal, except the milkshake was bad enough that I demanded our money back. The manager looked like that wasn't an uncommon request. No credit cards. There isn't supposed to be smoking, according to the signs, but the teens ignore the signs. No usable handicapped access. Find someplace else to eat!

this is an area chain - others have been great but this one is far below standard

this is an area chain - others have been great but this one is far below standard. It is "fast food" with dine in and a wider selection of sandwiches of more variety. the service was slow and when requesting a correction on one order, the waitress was rude. Mainly they appeared to be short handed and the tables were sticky and benches and floor dirty. Would not recommend.
