The Shogun is a restaurant specializing in Japanese cuisine. Your dinner can be cooked at your table, a wok is placed there and a chef cuts and cooks the meat and vegetables right before your eyes. Watching their expertise with the knives is a sight to behold. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is equally so. There is a wide variety of itenms available including prawns, stir-fried vegetables, chicken, beef, and sushi. Drinks are aviailable in the inimitable Utah style (their liquor laws varying from what most visitors from out of state are used to). For an engaging and entertaining dinig experience I recommend this restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
