A nice Italian place. More upscale than the chain Italian places. The food is very good and the service is very nice also. They have a wonderful atmosphere. One of my favorite places to go. You wont leave hungry.

This is by far one of our favorite Italian restaurants. The food is superb, and the atmosphere is relaxing. But make sure you give your self plenty of time to be there, the service is a little slow. Try the chicken fetticini alfredo. Not is it only my favorite dish, but it is absolutly mouth watering. The drinks are well made and definatly a hot spot for you and a loved one.

this is one of those trendy places that you feel bad because you're wearing levis. service is snooty unless you look like money, but the food is awesome. they've lots of northwestern style dishes--including your better-that-average salmon plate with those colorful mixed vegetables of semi-tropical origins. i call places like this opera food because in order to truly enjoy it you have to have just come from the schnitz. to be honest, you're better off at jake's. and that's not saying too much.

Very nice Italian place, although service can be a bit slow. We've been to this place a couple times, and always came out stuffed!

I have been here a few times, but after the other night, I will not be returing. In the times before, I have been here, the food and service was good, good enough for me to bring clients to and to recommend to others. That will be no more. The other day,I made reservations in advance and the lady taking my reservations was too busy to take the time I wanted to make my reservations for until I told her so. So anyway, we get there a few minutes early, wait 10 min. with no one saying anything to us. Finally the host rudely takes my name and the others standing around and our reservation times. He says it will me just a minute. He then sits some people who have just walked in without reservations! He then vanishes with some menus to the bar. 15 min later, he returns and offers to take the couples coats who have just walked in, not bother to offer to anyone else who has been waiting in line. He then turns to the people in line behind us who got there a short while after us and goes to seat them 1st although I had had reservations before them. He tries to seat them next to the door and kitchen away from the main dinning area. Now this area is right next to the front door and every time the door opens, a cold draft blows in. Then there is the kicthen right there and the check in point with people standing around and waiting to get served looking over your shoulder. Romantic, huh? Anyway, the party behind us declines. The host rudely says it will be just a moment longer, then he turns to me and my party and tries the same thing. I tell him nicely I would prefer to sit away from the door and the kitchen. Away from the door because the lady I am with is wearing a dress and with the cold draft will undoubtable get cold and chilled. He then gives me a very nasty look and then rolls his eyes in disgust at me and walks away from me not saying a word. Now there are I say 5, I am not kidding, five open tables out in the main dinning area. The host was rude to everyone but the one couple from whom he took their wet coats. I grabbed my party's coats that I hung up, and we walked out to eat a fabulous dinner elsewhere with great food and great service, where the people great you with a smile and are willing to make your night enjoyable. I would not recommend Allesandor's to anyone who wants service with a smile.

Semi-formal atmosphere, but top notch fare and service! Soon to be one of my favorite places, I'm sure! Excellent wine selections...regional and imports. Appetizers were above average, even normally simple fare such as brushetta...malto bene! What made our evening quite enjoyable was the impeccable manners and attention of our waiter, Illio ( spelling? ). Italiano is defineatly spoken here! If one word could sum up our dining experience here, it would have to be 'fantastico!'. If you enjoy italian cucina...Allesandro's will have to be on your list of places to go. Buon appetito!
