Great fat food. Their banana pancakes are incredible. I also
had their eggs benedict and they were heavenly. I really liked
this restuarant. Besides the family pancake house this restaurant
is the next one.

Nice to know there is still a place that makes a point of learning
and calling you by name. Many locals eat here. Good service but
the food... ahhh the food. Nicely prepared, home-style food.
You can be sure it will arrive at your table HOT. Your coffee cup
will never be empty. Smiles on everyones faces. Tell Shirley
I said "hello".

We arrived at 9:30 AM on a Friday thinking this would be a work day
and provide more of a chance to be seated.
The parking lot on the south side was completely full and so was
the small space on the north side of the building.
There was one space left for street parking on the side street
to the north.
The waiting area was full but I wondered up to the cash register
where they were taking names. Said it would be about a 10 minute
wait. That's about right.
I ordered bacon and eggs and my wife ordered the strawberry pancakes
which were like blintzes. The bacon was slightly crisp, thick
and salty. Very good. The eggs were perfectly done as I had ordered
them over medium.
The bacon and eggs was $6.15, the strawberry pancakes were $4.85
plus two coffees and sales tax came to $14.56.
The service was excellent, the coffees were kept full and the
seating comfortable.
The clientele seemed to be mostly retirees in their late 60's
and 70's and a few families.

After coming to the Pancake Corral just once, I was
hooked for life. Great breakfast at insanely low prices.

Good place to come to eat breakfast for lunch. The place packs
up at noon so be patient...it's a decent place for breakfast.
