Food is excellent. Service is very friendly. Some of the freshest fish
I've ever had at a sushi restaurant. I keep coming back regularly
and everyone I bring is usually delighted with the experience. Occasionally, I will find that the dishes are not very clean and that's
the downfall. Another downfall is that they are not open all day long
on the weekends, but that's rather personal :) I would eat there
twice a day, if they were open on my weekend schedule.

I have never been a sushi person and then I came here. This is undoubtedly
the only place I will order sushi from. The food is just amazing and not
bad priced at that. Nice atmosphere makes this a bonus.

I love sushi! The restaurant lives up to its name when you get out
of there. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and great great
sushi. I really like the style that the chef has in arranging his
food. Great quality at an affordable price

I worked for the Seattle Weekly for over a year and "I Love Sushi"
was voted as the Best Sushi place by our polls so I decided to visit
the location in Bellevue (I've also been to the Seattle location)...
In my honest opinion, I think this restaurant may be a little overrated.
The service is good and the sushi is fine. The fish was fresh and
they had a good sake selection as well. The only problem was that
they offered very little to the more seasoned Japanese food eater.
They do have a few "fusion" style salads but the other food that
they offer besides from sushi left a lot to be desired.
I would recommend Tokyo Japanese Restaurant in Factoria, although
their sushi may not be as fresh as I Love Sushi's in some rare instances...
they have a much better selection of food and prepared with the
same amount of skill and care as I Love Sushi's sushi...

Ignore the name, this is a great Sushi place. The spider roles
are excellent, as is the Unagi. Service is friendly and prompt,
and prices are resonable for Sushi. About the only problem it
has is that it is pretty crowded at peak times.

If you like spider rolls (soft shell crab) this is the place for
you. The cooks are very well trained, watching them prepare the
food is a joy all by itself. I have never eaten at the resturant,
only take-out but its fantastic.

As a frequent traveller to the Seattle area, I have had
many chance to fulfill my Sushi cravings at the many such
restaurants in the area. Seattle in general tends to have
very fresh sushi.
This place -- I Love Sushi -- is tremendous. My style is to
give free reins to the sushi provider. I have never been
disappointed and the sushi is some of the freshest. The
other patrons are friendly and consistent regulars. Now, if
you are going for ambience - go to Japan but if you want
Serious Sushi - Head for I Love Sushi in Bellevue. There is
also one in Seattle but the locals say Bellevue is the best.
P.S. When I am in town for a week, I will eat there at
least 3 times.
