For anyone who knows anything about fine dining, La Caille is a total joke. Yes, the grounds are beautiful, and yes the waitresses show a bunch of cleavage, but PLEASE! Neither have anything to do with haute cuisine. The food is average at best...I only remember my lobster bisque. The service is totally laughable and unprofessional. Our server, not realizing the bottle of champagne was too warm, opened it and let half of it bubble over and spill onto the floor. When we demanded a full, properly chilled bottle she came back and poured into my glass, tilting it like it was a beer stein. Total freaking ripoff!

A good place to good for great food and a warm astmosphere.I like to be comfortable when I go out to eat, so I look for a place that makes me feel like I must stop and eat here...this place is just like that....food is wonderful, wait staff great! You must try!

Some of the most expensive dining in Utah, but also most impressive. La Caille is located in a real nice and secluded part of the Holliday Cottonwood area. With some of the sexiest waitesses and best service you can find in the state. All the waitresses wear bust boosting bar french bar maid outfits. They are just wonderful. We have had several very nice business parties and lunchens there and always hear for days afterwards from everyone about how great it was. The view in around the resteraunt is breathtaking. A very romantic place to impress that someone special. The food is outrageously expensive but tastes heavenly. I suggest getting drunk enough to not care about the bill but sober enough to enjoy the food. Highly recommend.

The views and the atmosphere are breathtaking. It has to be one of the most romantic places on the plane, I think, with my girlfriend Camille Johnson, is really a good place, I like mp3 music, etc, and latin food, This is cool!!!!!!!!!

Great food and super service. The fish dinner i had melted in my mouth. As one of the reviewers said don't be in a rush. The atmosphere is super at night. The dinner really can be made into a romantic night with that special someone.

Even thought the food is outstanding and the staff is polite and wonderful, that's not why you go to La Caille. The views and the atmosphere are breathtaking. It has to be one of the most romantic places on the planet. Just forget (momentarily) that you will have to sell off your first-born to pay the bill!
