Max Mercier's is dated. The decor is old and dingy, the food is so-so and the waitress well some of them i think have been there since it opened. I think the only reason to eat there is if you don't have the time to go to paris or at least take a ride up to park city where several restaurants make better attemps at french.

Le Parisien provides an exceptional value for your dollar. The food is consistently great. The decor/atmosphere is dark/dated, look past that to enjoy a fabulous meal.
