I love this place. Definitely makes me feel at home. The food is perfect and the serves are lovely and friendly! Breakfast, lunch or dinner...I'd have it anytime of the day!

I am form Phoenix, AZ and it was really hard to find a really Mexican restaurant in Tucson. My friend had recommended El Indio. It is the best Mexican food I had down here. The service is good and the prices are excellent. Everytime I want Mexican Food I always come to El Indio. This is because; it reminds me of my moms cooking. And it really taste like Mexican Food.

Great little place for a meal near the University. Like the daily specials and the prices are good.

This is my hangout for Sunday Breakfast. Wait staff is slow, food usually excellent. Only one bad experience tossed it up to the day. You'll see me there one Sunday a month.

They serve really good tacos and enchiladas and I always enjoy the chips and salsa while waiting for my meal to arrive. The service varys, but over all I have had good service. I think its a great value.

Absolutely, without a doubt the BEST Tasting Mexican food anywhere. Unfortunately, if you arrive in the evening, they are often out of the favorite foods (soups and specials of the day). Also, the service is very inconsistent - at times you want to get up and just walk out. Other times, its great. I always go back for the food though. I haven't yet found a place with better flavor. Its very popular with locals. The decor is so-so. It is family owned and operated. Generous portions for the price. Excellent chips and salsa served with a bowl of refried beans to snack on while you're waiting - a nice, unusual touch.
