After being all over the central Arizona area for work last month this
place was one of our favorites. Good steaks, cooked right and you received
plenty of food.

Very much what I have come to expect from this chain. One of the few places
that the word "chain" doesn't necessarily mean bad
things. Good food, really good service, and a reasonable atmosphere.

Our table was too small for the four of us. The lobster bisque was very
good with enough pieces of lobster to keep you fishing down to the last
spoonful. The only good thing I can say about the tasteless bread was
that the butter was OK. Two of our three steaks were overcooked based
on Ruth's own color chart. The creme brule desert was good but my
final impression is always heavily influenced by my post meal coffee.
Anybody can make good coffee. I can make good coffee. You start with
good coffee and you serve it soon after brewing. At least one of these
two factors was missing in my final cup of Joe. I can name restaurants
with more stars that cost far less.

They have an excellent selection of appetizers which is my favorite
part of their menu. The service is good and the main course are
well prepared. While the main courses are good, they are rarely
very good or excellent. Perhaps I am getting spoiled by many of
the newer stylish restaurants and menus.

In Ruth's Cris of course. Come once a month or once bi-yearly.
This is the meat lovers paradise. This is what you call a high class
meat house. You want prime meat? This is it. But just like me I don't
go for meat all the time. You can also fine veal, lamb, chicken
or fish. But why come here for fish right? This will be your your
man's number one anniversary place to be. You don't
think dieting while you are here. Go somewhere else will you?

Pretty expensive meal but overall food is excellent and the setting
of the place is very elegant. Everything is al la cart so you order
and pay for things individually but it is defintly worth the money!

This steak house is one of the best I have eaten in. The tri tips
were cooked just the way I like and the portions of the rest of the
dinner was satisfactory. The service was good although a little
slow. I will go back again.

I've eaten here a few times and the food was wonderful, but
I can't see spending so much for ala carte items.I think there
are other places that are as good for far less money!

Everything was well portioned. Very good appetizers and desserts.
Definitely one of the best steak houses.

Expensive, but very very good. would rather it wasnt ala carte,
but it is well worth it when you hear that steak sizzling on the
plate as they set it front of you and you take the first succulent
bite of an incrediable steak!

As usual Ruth's Chris Steakhouse holds it's own. With
it's wonderful sizziling steaks, that lead the mouth to water,
and excellent selection of wine and beer. Also great service
great atmosphere! Great everything. GREAT GOD I GAINED 10 lbs.
FROM EATING THERE!!! Very expensive but well worth it. Heck
with my situation I ca say that I GAINED more than I LOST!!!!

This is a very good place to go for steak but too expensive considering
that my companion and I shared the Caesar salad and an order of
au gratin potatoes and our bill was still over $125.
There are other places that are just as good for a far less amount
of money!

Ate here once and the food was wonderful, but I can't see spending
so much for ala carte items when I can cook it just as well at home
and get good meat at certain places in Mesa to fix myself.

Expensive, a-la carte and worth it! The ultimate meat eater
experience, prime beef served in sizziling butter! Get ready
for heart bypass surgery, but what the hell!
