I got take out from here, won ton soup and potstickers, and they were
very tasty. it came recommended to me as the best chinese in beaverton
- i don't know about that, but i'm willing to go back and try
other things to find out!

Having tried many Chinese restaurants in the area,
I feel Canyon Pearl is the best I've had. The food is consistently
good, at least the items I usually order. There have been a few items
that disappointed, but stick with the classics and you'll be fine.
Hot & Sour soup, Pot Stickers, General Tso Chicken...all great!

i have ordered take out for our small call center and both times
it had a slight burnt taste. it came highly recomended to me so
i am not giveing up yet but so far it has been just avarage. they
are very fast even with large groups 20+.

I love this restaurant. They have a wide variety of chinese
cuisine. Their service for groups at lunch is great. They
bring out a wide variety of food and place it on the turntable
for everyone to sample.
