I had lunch here today, first time at the restaurant. The food was nothing special, overpriced, and portions were very small. The service was adequate, but the glasses were small and the server never seemed to notice that my iced tea glass was empty. Definitely not worth the price!

To all you lover of so called Italian foods, (GIVE ME A BREAK)learn a little about the gastronomics of foods, that you like Anzio Landing food that is OK! but that you call that MERDA italian food, is an insult to the autentic Italian Gastronomie, and to all Italian Restaurant that make every efforts to serve you the public of good Italian recipes, with no appreciation from YOU the PUBLIC. Shame on you for being Ignorants

Probably the best Italian restaurant in the East Valley. The service is very good and so is the food. Prices are ok though I think most Italian restauants are overpriced considering how inexpensive Italian food is to prepare. I highly recommend the soup/salad combo. Plenty of food and their salads are excellent. I've never had a bad meal there.

Nice location, right off the airport. Small plane pilots can land right on the runway and taxi over to the restaraunt. Great Italain food and service. A little pricy on some things but the taste, scenery, and the old WWII theme are well worth it.

Dining out for me is always an adventure because I have severe dietary restrictions, primarily lactose intolerance. Whenever someone suggests Italian, I usually start to wonder if I'm going to be able to eat anything. Or at least anything good
When our group was seated at the table and I informed our server of my situation, she immediately brought over the manager to make sure I was taken care of. He knew every ingredient of every dish and quickly outlined the dishes that I would be able to eat. He even offered to have the chef prepare something special for me off the menu. That is what I selected.
My entree was a potpourri of vegetables sauteed in olive oil and garlic over a bed of pasta. It was fantastic. There were no complaints from any of the other people in our group either.
Located next to an airport, the restaurant always has interesting views as well as interesting visitors (I've been told that Phil Mickelson is known to frequent Anzio Landing).
While dinner was excellent, I have repeatedly heard that lunch service is quite as well executed. I would reserve my visits for evening meals.

I had my wedding reception here and so did my parents. Most wonderful set-up and preparation by the staff. Staff- 5 stars, food- 4 stars. From beginning to end about $60 to dine.

Anzio has a WWII Aviation theme and it sits at the end of the runway at Falcon Field Airport. Like the previous reviewer the food is similar to the Olive Garden. Service is great, food ok to good.

I have eaten here on several occasions. Food is similar to the Olive Garden. Some is very good, ie, the soup, salad and bread sticks on lunch menu. I have recently been disappointed in their eggplant dish and my friend had a very bad Italian Beef sandwich. It was mostly gristle. The servers are all great but the food needs improvement.
