Huge NO seafood fan. The food and drinks were wonderful. Nothing like filling up here for a night of partying. You will fill your stomach with the best seafood you will ever have. I love the spicy creole cookin.

Owned by the Brennan family, here comes yt another hit that lives up to the hype. The service is top notch and the decor is hip and trendy. I recommend roasted duck, which I had. Or try one of their po-boys. The service is wonderful, and the food is even better.

For dinner, I had the grilled red fish with potatoes. The fish was tender and had very good flavor. The restaurant had a nice bar and was quite busy even at 10 pm. Our table was served by a great waiter who kept the glasses filled and who told us stories about the last 2 great hurricanes to pass New Orleans.

Red Fish Grill is one of the best restaurant in the Quarter. Unlike most places in the Quarter, atmosphere, service and the quality of the food is excellent.

Red Fish was very very good. The food was good, the prices were reasonable (we were there for lunch), and the decor is very very fun. The problem is that there are many GREAT places to eat in New Orleans. But, if you are in the French Quarter and want to have a good lunch, then eat at Red Fish.

Red Fish Grill is another jewel in the Brennan family crown. The Brennan family, which owns the renowned Brennan's among other restaurants, created a great restaurant which offers great food at fairly reasonable prices. My favorite meal was the Sweet Potato Catfish. It is pan seared catfish topped with a sweet potato crust. Definitely check out the Red Fish Grill for a great experience.

Cool place to eat if you are visiting New Orleans. The decorating was cool and the food was good. I had some gumbo wich I thought was very good. And the prices were reasonable.

I had two great lunches here. The first I started with a memorable alligator sausage gumbo. Truly wonderful. I followed with a soft shell crab that was okay. I have never seen such a large soft shell crab before. The second lunch I had the BBQ oyster po-boy which was superb. I highly recommend this. After both meals I had the bread pudding, one of the better ones I had on this trip to New Orleans. The decor is interesting, the crowd noisily enjoying themselves and the wait staff very knowledgable and friendly.

I have eaten here twice. Once with family for passover and the food for this was very good. The ambience is awesome. I love how they have left part of the brick exposed. You have to check out the bar, magnificently decorated! You have to try one of the fish dishes. Iate the rainbow trout last time and it was great! Very upscale and a fun place to eat! You can visit the french quarter when you eat here for lunch or dinner as it is on the outer edge. The Brennan family hit a home run with this new restaurant!

Friendly casual atmosphere seafood joint. Worth a visit, try them at least once. Their coctail bar is packed. Average entrees cost $15. I'd recommend their barbecued shrimp po-boys, it's superb.

I was surprised at the quality of the food in a french quarter tourist place. The oyster dishes great, the atomosphere Ok, but the high tables in part of the dining area are too unstable, especially after a few drinks. I think given time to get the problems solved the place will be excellent.

Another great restaurant to go to if you can't get into Nola's (which is how I got here). Very trendy, but the food is fresh and the service pleasnat and prompt. Great wine list.

Unlike most places in the Quarter, Red Fish lives up to the hype.

The service is top notch and the decor is hip and trendy. Take it from me, a lot of the "best" New Orleanians frequent this place. Id recommend the shrimp bisque or the pork chops (glazed in a great sauce).
This place can either be totally dead or full and hopping. And the service, while great is a bit silent. Otherwise, you'll have a great time in an slightly upscale restaurant.

Another one in the Brennan family. This one is ok. Nothing too fancy. Food is average. Service is very good. Good for lunch, but for dinner, go somewhere else. The po-boys were good. The salads were excellent. Simple and basic are words that come to mind.

Out of the way, but very good little place, with a full bar and interesting 'warehouse' decor. Specialty is seafood, but I had roast duck which was truly memorable. They have a mushroom bread pudding which is really unique, but VERY rich. Good location just off Canal Street and close to the larger hotels. pleasant light jazz background music. Decent prices for the area.
