Excellent! Try the butternut shrimp bisque (recipe is on their web
site too) it's yummy! Everything was good, fresh and service was
outstanding. Chef/family owned and operated. They do things right.

In a setting both elegant and homey, chef Frank Brigsten serves
some of the city's best contemporary Creole cuisine. Nestled
in a converted 19th-century house at the Riverbend, Brigtsen's
is warm, intimate, and romantic. The individual dining rooms
are small and cozy, and the menu changes daily.

A fine New Orleans establishment. For tourist this place can
be majestic. Take the St. Charles street car line down to the Carrollton
Bend, and eat at this old Victorian house. Definately, fine Cajun
cuisine wanting you to go back for more.

Excellent! The food at Brigtsens was wonderful, and the service
was equally impressive. We arrived without a reservation, but
Marna managed to get us seated within an hour. Reservations are
definitely a must. The food is among the best we sampled in New
Orleans. Brigtsens is at the top of our list next time we are in
New Orleans. Take the St Charles Ave trolly to the Maple Street
Stop, go left two blocks, left on Dante, and you are there!

Excellent!! 10 Minute ride from the French quarter. We loved
our meal. I had the rabbit appetizer and the fresh fish of the day.
I couldn't decide which I loved more. Nice, quiet little house.
A really great restaurant.

A treasure to seek out in the Carrollton Bend area
off of St. Charles Avenue. Truly inventive Cajun
cuisine served in an old Victorian house. This
would be a place for that special dinner in New
Orleans far from the tourists! You will not be
disappointed!
