Rickshaw is great; my co-workers call it "cheap chinese, " and it is. The lunch special is the best deal; you can get a base item (fried rice or chow mein) and two additional items for about 4 bucks. The additional items include beef broccolli, dai chin chicken (my favorite), tofu, and several others. The portions are HUGE; I always split it into two servings. It's a bit greasy, but the taste is better than average. And it's CHEAP!
