A curry dream and a sumptuous buffet luncheon scene is to be had
at Bombay Restaurant. The waiters are quite attentive and excited
in guiding newcomers into the world of Indian cuisine. Although
the dinners are somewhat scanty, the all you can buffet at luncheon
provides Himalayan-high mounds of curries, lightly fried pakoras
and puffy potato-stuffed samosas adrift on a sea of tamarind
sauce. Their spinach curry chock-a-block with large cubes of
Indian cheese and their occasional offering of korma, vegetables
in a cream, tomato and ginger sauce are standouts worthy of a warble
and a dance in a Bollywood musical. Specifically for lunch, Bombay
is a destination to consider.

It is so hard to find a Indian restaurant in this area and all the
waiter are Indian. Feeling like in India having Indian food.
Communication is a problem.
