As I am currently in rehab from a stroke, my review is based on my observations
from the recovery point-of-view, in a wheelchair.
The parking lot is dirt and gravel with no paving in sight except for
the patch leading to the front door. Very difficult to wheel across.
There are big steps up to the door and no ramp leading to it. They do have
a ramp on the south side of the structure, although it looks like its
only recent use is for storage. I was able to make it into the cramped
interior via the ramp so that's a plus. The peanut shells on the
floor made wheeling difficult, but not impossible. I was able to wheel
up to the table that my group of friends were at.

Small and dirty does not equal great atmosphere as far as I'm concerned.
This place is dark and dingy - but if white trash is your bag, it's
the best.

Southern cooking at it's best (in California). This place used
to be a "bikers bar", but about 10 years ago Johnny Rebs took over.
They feature great Southern foods, with lots of barbecue items
on the menu. Friday nights they have deep fried catfish. They
serve homestyle fries. The service is great and friendly, the
food is really outstanding. Parking is really a problem, but
you might find yourself willing to walk a few blocks just to bite
into a Cajun sausage with barbecue sauce on it.
