Made a birthday reservation and not all seating was made available...even though I held the tables with my credit card. We had some of our guests standing against the wall. The owner was RUDE to say it nicely!! Frank Miceli does NOT take pride in quality or customer service AT ALL!!!! I am still in shock from how he treated our party! Will never go to there again. WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER!

The ambiance is great, there is a feeling of comfort as soon as you walk in. The veal parmigiana was great and really tasty and the portion is just right. It's a great place for a date. The price is not that bad either.

Not only is the food fantastic and a great value but most of the waiters are wannabee singers (mostly opera) ... go figure since they are right near Universal LOL. So you get food AND you get entertainment.

The food is definitely good (I wouldn't say superb, though). If you want Italian with nice ambience, then travel to the top of this multi-level restaurant. Live piano and a restaurant full of diners on a late weekend night is very soothing, almost surreal. It's a great experience and I've always received good service.

Very loud restaurant with lots of basic Italian fare with large portions. Pizza seems to be what they do best. Atmosphere reminds me of a movie set for an Italian restaurant in Naples. A newly revised wine list helps. Come for the fun and don’t be too critical of what comes out of the kitchen. Popular with large groups celebrating special occasions. Fun but not for serious Italian food aficionados.

This is one of my favorite places to visit every time i'm in the area. The pizza is incredible and they feature live music after 9PM. It's also one of the cleanest places i have ever been to.
