I classify BR Steakhouse in the same category as Ruth's Chris. Parking is a problem anywhere in Broad Ripple. Plan on paying $5 to park within walking distance.

A good choice for steak...especially if you're looking for a change from some of Indy's more popular steak houses. My entree was prepared as requested - medium rare (not medium or rare which seems to happen) and my salad was crisp and fresh.

Excellent steak restaurant in Broad Ripple. Parking is often

a problem, but the food is well worth the extra mile you have to

go to overcome the parking shortage.

The food was great.. the price making it a once a year type place for me. I found parking in a parking lot about 1 mile walk from here, on a weekend evening traffic isn't to bad and you can enjoy the walk.

Broad Ripple Steak House has been my favorite steak place for several years. I am especially fond of their peppercorn steak; it is wonderful! I have only given them 4 stars because the service is often slow and only average, but the food makes it all worthwhile. Pricewise, I think you get a superior meal for the price. I know that many people are crazy about Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, but you spend 3 times as much for meat that isn't nearly as good. Hooray for Broad Ripple Steakhouse!

I would love to go this place more!! The restraunt has a southwest atmosphere with outside seating, and you are able to hear what everyone has to say. Although I waited almost an hour for my food to come out, it was well worth the wait. When someone asks me for a recommendation for a steakhouse, it definitely isn't St. Elmo, but it is going to be Broad Ripple!
