A "Palenque" is the place were they put roosters and other animals to fight for money in Mexico, how classy is that? Go to Cascadas mexican restaurant down the road, much better service.

I will never eat at El Palenque again.... I am a compaq employee and could not believe I saw a DELL computer in their restaurant.... If it were not for Compaq/HP employess the place would go bankrupt!

I have been coming to this restaurant since i was 2. It is my Favorite. I recomend this place to everyone i know. i go here on all my birthdays. also i have always ordered the same meal, chicken quesadillas.They are the best in the whole world.

Excellent Tex-mex but they are awful proud of it judging by the prices. Used to be a solid Tex-mex place, now a Pappacitos knock-off, but the food is good, the hot sauce excellent (especially when served warm). If they knocked a buck fifty off all the entrees it would be perfect.

Very friendly and efficient waitstaff. Potent margaritas. I highly recommend this restaurant for some of the best mexican food you will find anywhere, especially anything on the menu that includes grilled shrimp (they are huge!!)
