It's still there. It's still good. It's still inexpensive.
Definitely a 5 star downtown lunch spot. Now the prices are in the $6-9
range for a lunch plate.

This place is on the edge of downtown which is probably why there
was no wait for lunch. The decore is pleasant and the waitstaff
was prompt. I ordered Hunan Chicken and it came with the usual
rice and an eggroll. The eggroll was much better than average,
hot and home-made. The sweet sauce was very good too. The chicken
was good but not excellent. There is an extensive 5-6 dollar menu
for lunch to pick from. What do you want for a quick cheap lunch.
It was a good value, good food, quick experience. It's probably
worth 5 stars, but I'll wait 'til I've tried it a few more times.
