While attending the Summer 2004 Coaching Academy with the Houston Texans I had to go take a look at the restaurant located on Westheimer. Several of my clients had previously discussed this restaurant with me and wanted to see me add this spot to my "places to eat" on our companies website for the city of Houston. <br> Well congratulations, after I tried your restaurant on Westheimer you guys have earned a spot on our "places to eat" section for people traveling through or visiting Houston. <br> We began with having to be seated in a waiting area and gave the margaritas a try. I tried the House Margarita on the Rocks while my wife went for the Frozen Peach Margarita. It's easy to see how they earned the title of having the Best Margaritas in Houston, but be aware. I tried the House Margarita on the Rocks while my wife went for the Frozen Peach Margarita. It's easy to see how they earned the title of having the Best Margaritas in Houston, but be aware. The Margaritas are fairly small as my House Margarita on the rocks was completely gone within the first 3 drinks. We were seated in the waiting area about 15 minutes before we were seated outside on the patio next to the waterfall trickling down rocks. <br> Upon sitting down we were greeted with some good tasting salsa (very liquidy not chunky)and a bowl of chips that equals a whole bag bought from a store. <br> For an appetizer we ordered Queso Flameado (about $8 or $9). It contains chicken, mozzarella, mushrooms, onions, and a few other items all put into a bowl and melted. When it arrives at the table you get a bowl with 2 spoons sticking out of it and what looks like an entire bowl of melted cheese. (REAL CHEESE not the cheese sauce) You simply spoon it out onto your warm fresh tortilla and enjoy. <br> Our entree we decided on was going to be the Fajitas for 2 (chicken)$19.99. Around 20 minutes later we were soon served 1lb of chicken on top of sizzling onions and an entire sideplate of rice, beans, sour cream, guacamole, tomatoes, and lettuce. We ended up getting to eat only about 1 fajita each before being stuffed. The appetizer is a meal by itself! <br> Desert could not be overlooked as we went with the Fried Ice Cream and Apple Flautas! Both dishes were good. (Not great, just good) <br> If the Margaritas were allot larger, and the desert was smooth tasting instead of a strong taste, this place would have gotten 5 stars. Waiting staff was extremely courteous and place was crawling with several beautiful women ranging in the age group of 20-45. <br> Reviewed for the Night of June 4th, 2004 by Coach Williams less
