Quality, Fine dining, Superb service, elegance, quality ingredients, "old" money without being too snotty. Any and all describe the fine dining experience you will enjoy at this landmark Denver hotel.

Have been to the Ship's Tavern a couple of times. Food is excellent, Staff excellent, the hisoric Hotel is wonderful and a pleasure to explore. The live music is great, and now my wife wants to go to high tea there. (I don't know about that- maybe she can get one of her friends to go?)

The Sunday Brunch at the Brown Palace is decadent. Sure it costs a lot more than regular Brunch - but the dessert table alone is worth it. Go on the self-guided walking tour afterwards to know more about the history of this hotel.

I think they have some of the best food in denver. It is a little pricey but you pay for what you get. Great place to take a date or someone special.

This place is a LEGEND, its THE restaurant of Denver, and they own that title for a good reason... it´s the best place to go with the girl of your dreams... or for a bussines dinner. Price$ are a little high, but thy´re ok for the kinda place it is. Remember to make your reservations!!!

Elegance. Style. History. Superb service. Superb food. A Denver institution, for good reason. If you want to take a special person to a very special restaurant, this is the place. Remember to check out the Ship's Tavern for lunch.

This classy hotel has a classy pub and food. I have had their onion soup and it just melts in your mouth. If you like fish and chips, you need to have them at the Brown Palace. The food here is outstanding and the atmosphere is so comforable.
The pub and restaurant is inside the hotel, which is a Colorado landmark. Only blocks away from the Colorado Capitol and the 16th Street Mall. A great place to check out whether you are a resident or visitor!

I've never been to Denver, but my sister gave me a recipe many, many (45?) years ago for a Links and Limas casserole which, as she understood it, came from this hotel. I would like to know if you have knowledge of this dish. It is my very favorite recipe! Thanks for any response. Jackie Marshall
