Good experience there. Food is reasonably priced for a restaurant
tagged as "French". Bistro type dishes, well executed.
Every time I goes there is seems to improve. I like also how more and more
of their staff is french, which for me is one basic requirement for a
french restaurant to be able to roder my food 'en francais'.

Budget sensitive French dining??
Yes, and very nice French dining, thank you very much, with excellent
service no less.
Should be required dining for restaurant owners, especially
French restaurants!!

Woderful restaurant. Their slogan, "the affordable french
restaurant" fits perfectly. The chateaubriand was marvelous.
If you want fast service go to McDonalds. If you want to dine like
civilized people come here.

This is a good deal, especially for Denver. Mussels are the specialty
and the best value, but the pate & agneau were also good. Good wines
too.
The "House Wine Discount" is a great deal if you are dining alone
or with teetotalers. The portion size on the $5.95 pate was HUGE
and quality was good. Real Paris espresso. Bottom line Overall....
definitely worth the trip. Make a reservation.

Best (country) French restaurant around. The food preparation
is influenced by the south of France, known for it's mussel dishes,
appetizers, lamb , fresh sea food, and a bouillabaisse that is
only equaled in Ax Provence. Wait staff is courteous, friendly
and helpful, use your French, they all speak it fluently. Make
sure to make reservations, the weekends are busy. The wine list
is probably the best priced group of French wine anywhere!! I
have to say I use this restaurant as a barometer in grading all
the other restaurants that I have dined at for the last fifteen
plus years. The service is typical of the French, they are not
in a hurry!!! So if you want fast service, then this is not your
type of restaurant, However if it is atmosphere and ambiance
that if you closed your eyes you would think you were in countryside
restaurant in the south of France. It in my humble opinion the
very best value in this or anywhere else I have traveled (qualifying
that statement French c ...

One of our family favorites. The mussels italiene is excellent!
Brunch is practically a family tradition. Service is sometimes
slow but always pleasant. Highly recommended.

This is a quaint little French restaurant that offers a variety
of different foods. The service here is slow, but the atmosphere
and food are worth the wait. So sit back, order a bottle of wine,
and enjpy some good conversation while you wait.
The best deal is on Sundays when they offer brunch till 2:00 pm.
It is the best Fench toast in town!

Good lunch menu. A good variety to satisfy almost any appetite.
The services, however, was slow. Had to wait 30 minutes for food
when the resturant
was fairly empty.

My husband and I have eaten at Le Central about 4 times now and
have been very pleased all times. The food is excellent and prices
are very reasonable. Desserts are great!

Just tried this place after reading all the raves. I was very disappointed--spoiled
by recent success? We made 8:00 reservations and were finally
seated at 8:30. Ordered blackened halibut, which was cooked
waaaaay too long, served alongside just-got-back-from-Costco-looking
vegetables with a nasty, chalky cheese-type sauce all over it.
Tables were packed in together, the waiting area is too small,
and the staff completely overwhelmed. The mussels weren't bad,
but stay away from the cold and dry fries alongside. Not just bad
food--it was old food.
