This classy hotel has a classy pub and food. I have had their onion soup and it just melts in your mouth. If you like fish and chips, you need to have them at the Brown Palace. The food here is outstanding and the atmosphere is so comforable. The pub and restaurant is inside the hotel, which is a Colorado landmark. Only blocks away from the Colorado Capitol and the 16th Street Mall. A great place to check out whether you are a resident or visitor!

I've never been to Denver, but my sister gave me a recipe many, many (45?) years ago for a Links and Limas casserole which, as she understood it, came from this hotel. I would like to know if you have knowledge of this dish. It is my very favorite recipe! Thanks for any response. Jackie Marshall
