Who knew they would work the kinks out and make it in restaurant loaded Columbia! When they opened, they had problems. But now the wait staff is much better, and the food is consistantly good. They have made art out of pizza. There is an entire menu of non-pizza as well. Pizzas are made in a brick oven with wood fire. It really makes it unique. This is a nice place without a warehouse feel on the interior. Good for business lunch or personal lunch. Busy at lucnh however, so eat early or late. It's better now, and here for the long haul, so try it!

Great Brick Oven Pizza! The best deal is during lunch time all you can eat salad and Freash baked Sourdough rolls served HOT! Most of the time the service is Great, but once in a while I do tend to get a bad waiters/waitresses, but they are all human (right?). It's a good family place to go if your in the main dinning room you can watch them Bake your pizza from you table the two HUGH Red Brick ovens are hard to miss! If your not a pizza lover don't worry they have a wide selection of other dishes to choice from.

This is your typical chain restaurant. Crowded with families. Staffed by teenagers who really could not care less about working there. Food is usually decent, but the wait to be seated and the wait for the food and the indifference and lethargy of the staff mars this establishment. The only reason it rates two stars in my book is that they offer carry-out pizza. But even then, I can easily find much better pizza in Columbia.

It's a chain. Now that we have that out of the way, they make very good pizza though a bit doughy for my tastes. Their pasta dishes are not consistent but when they're on, they are delicious. I've had one dish twice and the first time it was spicy and delicious, the second time I think someone forgot to drain the pasta first. Service is as expected for a restaurant as large as this is. Some servers truly want you to have a good time, while most others are doing this rather than working at McDonalds. Food normally comes out quickly though. This is not a place to bring a romantic date. It's normally noisy and packed. Coming on Friday and Saturday nights can be a long wait. Try coming for a late lunch or early dinner instead and miss the rush.

If I want some "high end" pizza, I go to Bertucci's. The restaurant setup is not the best in the world (too wide open for me), but the food is very good. The service tends to be on the average side (I've had good and bad waiters/waitresses). If you don't mind that, the food is well worth the trip and the price (although a little high) is not prohibitive.

I STOPPED IN WITH THE FAMILY FOR SOME PIZZA. THE SERVICE WAS POOR AND THE PIZZA WAS AVERAGE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT.

I had heard great things about the food so I went with my husband to check it out. No sooner than we sat down at the table and got our drinks, a very large cockroach crawled across the table. Needless to say, we left and never got to try the food. If it was a spider or ant, I probably would have stayed to eat, but I don't deal with roaches. If you are going there for dinner, bring your can of Raid.

Good pizza-a good selection of toppings-it's a little pricey for pizza, but it tastes much better than Pizza Hut or places like that. Go during the week at lunchtime for the pizza with all you can eat salad & bread-it's the best deal.
