Recently renovated, both menu and decor, this restaurant has become one of my favorites (living close-by helps). THe ceviche trio is an inspired creation, and very tasty. A spicy shrimp dish with corn salsa was excellent and beautifully presented. Noise levels can get kinda loud, but overall, this is a fun dining experience.

I think we've tried every Mexican restaurant in the area, it was ok, but not the greatest, i'm going to have to go with the OK on this one.

The food, while good, is kinda "shi-shi" that is, trendy & artful. The prices ain't bad, so if you're into arty Mexian food, this is the place! The salsa & chips are not complimentary, but order them anyway: Their salsa roja (red) is a very different, but good, hot & smoky affair that you can't stop eating!

Generally better than OK--but I can't give more than 3 stars to a "Mexican" restaurant that used a green bell pepper for chili rellenos.
